Hi All. I applied at IBM for several roles, mostly Mid-level and senior roles. All inviting to online assessments (which I passed all of them). I was given a chance at an interview just the once 6 months ago but fell short of platform / production experiences. (it was an MLE / AI Engineering role). This time around I applied for the role in the title, however this is at Associate level. ( I have about 4 years technical experience, 3 of the 4 in large consulting IT companies). I was again, invited to an online assessment and now recieved an email requesting to fill in an "application form" requesting some basic information + explanations of previous work challenges I have encountered and resolved + motivation/. interest in the role. Im assuming an interview will be scheduled in shortly after? If so, assuming another technical round and a behavioural round? Are there any insights people can share as to what to expect next? This role is within the UK.
