1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeakCode (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LeakCode.

2. Description of the Service

LeakCode is an interview-question intelligence and aggregation service. We collect, normalise, translate, classify, and organise interview questions and reported interview experiences from publicly accessible sources, then make them searchable. The Service is informational. We are not affiliated with any of the companies listed on the platform, and we do not guarantee that any specific question will appear in your interview.

3. User Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion erases your personal data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

LeakCode offers a free tier and three premium plans:

  • Weekly: $30 USD, billed every 7 days.
  • Monthly: $50 USD, billed every 30 days.
  • Yearly: $200 USD, billed every 365 days.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not see, store, or transmit your card details. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any local taxes that may apply at checkout.

Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your account page in two clicks. After cancellation your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again. We do not require you to call, email, or chat with a human to cancel.

Refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. UK and EU consumers retain any statutory cooling-off rights that apply to digital services.

5. Free Tier and Premium Features

The free tier provides limited search results, capped previews, and a sample of question content per company. Premium unlocks full content, complete result sets, advanced filters, and bookmarks beyond the free quota. We reserve the right to adjust the boundary between free and premium with reasonable notice; existing paid subscribers will not see a reduction in features below what they paid for during their current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy content from the Service.
  • Resell, re-publish, or commercially redistribute Service content without written permission.
  • Share your account credentials. Each subscription is for a single user.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
  • Attempt to circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or other access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or stress-test the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Aggregated interview questions and reported experiences originate from publicly accessible third-party sources. We add value through aggregation, deduplication, translation, classification, recency tagging, and search. The LeakCode platform, its design, software, brand, and proprietary databases are owned by LeakCode and protected by copyright and other laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with a takedown notice; we respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Our handling of your personal information is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we collect only what is needed to operate your account; we never sell or share your data with advertisers; we never use your data to train AI models; we do not run third-party tracking; you can export, correct, or delete your data at any time.

9. No Predatory Practices

We commit to the following consumer-protection standards:

  • No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • No dark-pattern cancellation. Cancellation is the same number of clicks as signup.
  • No surprise upsells. We do not auto-add paid add-ons to your subscription.
  • No deceptive countdowns or fake-scarcity timers.
  • No buying or selling of personal information. Ever.
  • No retargeting or behavioral advertising trackers.
  • No use of your account, search history, or bookmarks to train machine-learning models.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aggregated questions originate from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, recency, or that any particular question will be asked in a particular interview.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or interview outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, charge back legitimate transactions, or attempt to circumvent access controls. On termination, premium access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. We notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LeakCode is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected] before commencing formal proceedings.
