By accessing or using LeakCode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeakCode is an interview question aggregation platform that collects, translates, and organizes interview questions and experiences from publicly available sources. We provide tools for searching, filtering, and analyzing interview data to help candidates prepare for technical interviews.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

LeakCode offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or bulk-download content from LeakCode; (b) redistribute content commercially; (c) use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Interview questions and experiences aggregated by LeakCode are sourced from publicly available platforms. LeakCode's value-add includes aggregation, translation, classification, and analysis. The LeakCode platform, design, and proprietary features are owned by LeakCode.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Interview questions and experiences are user-generated content from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies. LeakCode does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeakCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
