I did my 45 min. 1:1 with a Senior SDM (was titled Software Developer ELH 2026 Interview with no location) at IBM two weeks ago, and did not hear back. However I was asked by a Lowell recruiter if I would be interested to interview for the ELH role at Lowell. What exactly does this mean? Did I pass/fail the first round? What will this next round look like
