[Website](https://devjam.vercel.app/) I've been working on this side project for about a month now. Since I'm mostly a frontend person, almost all of my effort was gone towards the backend and trying to figure out how to do a whole bunch of the database stuff. Basically I'm building a website where I announce a new project every 2 weeks and developers can participate and submit their projects. Anyway, if you were a hiring technical manager (not HR), and were quickly skimming through the website, would you be impressed enough to at least give me an opportunity to do a phone screen? The website is pretty barebones ATM but there is a bunch of functionalities I plan on adding to the site. So my question is, should I get these functionalities implemented first before I start applying to make the site look more impressive or is it good enough and I should just go ahead and start applying right immediately? **Also**, if this website sounds interesting to you, you are more than welcome to participate. We are currently in the middle of a project, The deadline is next Thursday to submit your project. You can find project details on the website.I need all the street cred I can possibly get lol. More users === more better. Thanks CSQ.
