CS from T12 and above and It took me more than 1,500+ applications having upto 4 internships, a published research paper and a game with 10k+ users on my resume to get an intern offer (Prestigious Big Tech). All the OA's I gave, I got full on every single one of them. Even after acing OA's they will reject you as I had from ALL OF THEM. Intl students have it extremely rough because of the Sponsorship, however, that does not mean you give up. Keep Applying, connecting, and networking with people as well as cold emailing recruiters. For anyone who says its a resume problem for Intls, I had FAANG reach out for OA's, Open AI OA which I went till the final round before being rej, and PlayStation so I doubt my resume is that big of a problem if very strong big techs reached out to me. Remember, it's 100% a numbers game and one more thing, don't take rejections personally. I, having been rej more than 1000+ times have grown numb as well as used to the fact that they rej due to sponsorship. Keep your head down and focus on the grind because the reward is 100% way more satisfying and when you achieve it, you feel on the top of your world. Any questions if you have, lmk in the comments.
