Furthermore, look at comparable salaries of FAANG jobs: Doctors - Get a 4.0 or close to it, hundreds of hours for MCAT, med school, Step I and II exams, residency, fellowship Accounting - Not even close to top faang jobs, but hundreds or more hours of studying for the exam Law - Study hundreds to thousands of hours for the bar exam, law school for 4 years Hard Sciences - Do a PhD and start making 50k on average CS - do leetcode for 20-200 hours and make up to 200k out of college I'm sorry, but looking at the facts, it's so good and lucky this is how the paradigm is.
