Less than 24 hours to prepare for a system design questions for a junior level position. How should I prep?

I wasn't expecting system design questions to be asked in an interview since I'm quite junior, but apparently the interview I have scheduled for tomorrow is going to have "system/application design" question/s (in addition to the typical leetcode algorithm question/s, etc). I assume it's easier/less stringent than a senior level system design interview, so maybe there's a way to pass this (or at least not epic fail) and let a great leetcode answering performance carry the rest of the weight. How can I prep now to not totally fail the system design part?
