Hey everyone, I’m posting here because I genuinely want to help someone who means a lot to me. He’s like a younger brother to me , a really hardworking guy who recently graduated (B.Tech from NIT) and has been trying to get into DevOps / Cloud roles. He’s worked with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and even has some experience with AI/data workflows through a remote role. From what I’ve seen, he’s sincere, disciplined, and actually puts in effort. But despite all this, he’s been struggling to land a job for months now. I’m from a medical background, so honestly I don’t fully understand the tech hiring space or what exactly he might be missing. That’s why I’m here , I just want to help him in any way I can. If anyone here is: \- Hiring for entry-level DevOps / Cloud roles \- Can refer him internally \- Or even just willing to review his resume / suggest what he should improve It would genuinely mean a lot. I’m not trying to oversell him , just trying to get him a fair shot. If you’re open to helping, please comment or DM me and I’ll share his resume. Thanks in advance 🙏
