I got an interview with a small startup scheduled. I looked up the people interviewing me on linked in. One is a developer who graduated from university in 2021. The other is a senior manager, who graduated in 2023. This is her first job in tech that I see on linked in. I'm a senior developer with 11 years of experience. Should I cancel the interview? In all previous roles my management has always been older and more experienced than me, and it's difficult to see how someone significantly less experienced could be effective as my leader.
