Feel this is super controversial, everyone loves working from home and hates coming into the office. Working from home gets so boring and if I haven’t talked to people long time I start to loose motivation start making mistakes and stop paying attention. It is so stressful with imposter syndrome and I constantly blame myself for having this need. I am fairly young too so people think it is just that because I am young and I need to figure out how to work from home… Thing is people are meant to be in the office on my job, and my manager has started getting angry at me for not being able to complete work as fast as others. I have also started to loose motivation because all the politics at makes me upset and no one is honest about it … which feels gaslighty Anyway would like others opinion on this
