Moving back to India for half my current salary. Worth it?

The job offer is for a much higher post, more responsibilities. The salary is around 4L post tax per month. I make twice that in Dubai. Now, in Dubai, nothing can beat this city’s safety when it comes to women especially, (ok don’t quote the war here rn lol). But I’ve got a very decent lifestyle and savings happening here. I’ve got a toxic family back home that I can’t run to but they’d ensure they’d poke their nose in everything I do. But I love India. My heart just belongs there. Now that I said this, some of you may say I’m just romanticising it because I’m an NRI now. But I’ve got a very decent life here, 2 cars, ability to invest in Dubai, decent savings. I need to negotiate for a higher salary, as my wife is also currently pregnant. What’s the best I can negotiate it to? And is it worth it to move back now?
