I’m planning to major CS and a bachelor’s in Germany. l want to learn software dev, web dev, cloud and ai. I k it’s easier to say this than do. I know it will a huge workload but I will try to go slowly so that it doesn’t get overwhelming. I want to learn: Programming languages: Java: to make Minecraft mods (hobby) and do backend parts of websites and apps python: ai and backend for websites and apps C++: make apps (and maybe games as a hobby) JavaScript: do front end of websites A.I Machine learning: obviously because it’ the base NLP: for chatbots. Honestly, I’m not interested in this, unless if it’s useful, especially for projects and getting jobs deep learning: for advanced ai. I know it’s hard but hopefully, knowing maths very well will be enough for this database: not sure if this is necessary to learn. Cloud: to deploy servers into cloud. Im sorry if this post looks stupid or I’m being stupid. I just want to know because I’m just kinda stressed at what to learn to get a job in this field. I’m not learning this just to get a job exactly. I enjoy programming a lot and wish to make a living from my own projects. But obv, it would be better if u at least work in a company for few years to save some money. So, essentially, I’m not learning this for money. I enjoy this field a lot. But that doesn’t mean I don’t want money, and if I want it, I will have to get a job, which is hard right now. So, tell me. Am I learning too much, including unnecessary stuffs? Should I replace some of these with other electives or courses that are gonna be helpful for me in future? Once again, I’m sorry if this post is stupid or posts like this are often asked here a lot. I did researched about this prior to making this post but I couldn’t find a strong answer. I relied on ChatGPT. It was good initially, but now I’m kinda having some trust issues. So, please help and thank you. Also, is it a safe option to get a job related to CS in Germany?
