Suggestions needed - leave Nvidia for Google?

Hi community, I am currently working in Nvidia and got an offer from Google for a similar role. The TC bump is huge but I am concerned regarding the work culture. Also with nvidia this hyped up, makes me feel like I am doing something wrong here. Have worked for 2.5 years in nvidia, will they take me back if I want to come back in future? Help me guide through
