Hey everyone, so I’ve been in the job market since May of last year since I got laid off from my tech role at a major Telecom company. Recently did an interview for IBM’s DevOps Engineer (AWS) role and waited but no response from them or HR. So I said I’ll just continue applying since I haven’t got any news yet. I have an upcoming CoderPad interview scheduled for Goldman Sachs next week and I’m still preparing for it so not guaranteed I will pass it but hopefully I do. Today I got the IBM offer email saying I can sign the document. I am conflicted on what I should do, whether I can proceed with the IBM offer and possibly burn the bridge later IF I do get an offer at Goldman but that’s a maybe given everything goes in my favor. I’ve heard Goldman takes a while to get everything done in the interview process so not sure if I can delay this offer until then. Any advice? Update: I should’ve mentioned that I’ve been working as a contractor for the company I was laid off from since September so I’m not without work. My bad that I didn’t mention this in the original post but this is why I am trying my best to get something as best as possible in my current state
