I had a question for all the CS grads with jobs in programming. When you all finish work and go home...do you ever get the urge/have the energy to work on personal projects? Or do you generally have the mental capacity for personal projects? or do you find that after coding all day professionally that when you get home you don't have the mental bandwidth to work on personal projects? Just curious because i'm a programmer by heart and i'm working on getting into the field, but i also have some passion projects i want to work on over the next couple years and i guess the concern has come up that if i'm spending my career coding, it might sap my motivation for personal projects, whereas if i get into something like medical or some unrelated field then perhaps i'd have more mental bandwidth, but i'm not sure if that's actually a thing or if its just me overthinking again lol.
