Practiced 80/150 Questions of Neetcode but froze in interview

So basically I did around 80 Questions from neetcode. Initially I watched videos, then I revised, but somehow I dont seem to get it. But today when someone asked me to solve a Merge list question in an interview, I just froze. I couldn't translate what I was thinking into code. I normally code in python. The second question was a very basic recursive question, which I did after much thinking. Don't know what to do, please help here.
