Hi guys, I recently had an onsite interview with Applied Intuition for a Senior S/W Engineer position. I expected a typical onsite process with discussions about my background, coding, and system design. However, the interview only consisted of 3 coding problems over 3 hours. The problems were not LC style, they were closer to real-world tasks where I had to implement solutions and explain my approach. After each implementation, there was additional Q&A. I solved all 3 questions and passed the test cases. For one of the questions, I initially struggled due to a bug. When time was nearly up, the interviewer suggested stopping, but I asked for a bit more time, saying I could fix it. I was able to resolve the bug and got the correct result within about a minute. What I’m trying to understand is . Are there typically any additional interview stages after the onsite? . How long does it usually take to receive a decision after the onsite? . Given that the onsite consisted of only 3 coding questions, is it still possible to be rejected even if all questions were solved?
