Passed Google tech round L3 and got to a TM

Hi guys. Finished my last onsite round of interviews last monday and got yesterday call from recruiter that I passed and i've been moving forward to a team matching stage. Overall it was medium diff problems. Can't share the exact questions :(, sorry for that. Can you share your thoughts and experiences about TM in google for L3 in 2026? Should I be proactive and write to my recruiter some ping emails or anything else or just wait until she find some team matching calls for me. If you are wondering, overall experience was pretty nice, the recruiter is kinda active and I am getting reasonably fast responses. The interviewers are nice, but grade system can be a little random, e.g I think i perfomed worse on 1-st question, but guy gave me hire.
