So I graduated with a BS in CS a couple years ago in Spring 2024 and since then it’s been a while since I’ve done much actual programming. I honestly never got into leetcode and hated that style of interviews, opting for a more simple office job where I could do some programming but most of it was XML based with a company’s internal language. I’ve done a good amount of Java before in college and I’ve messed with JavaScript a bit in my current role for some side projects but I was never amazing at that style of questions and definitely struggled in my data structures class even though I passed. I’m likely gonna have an opportunity for an interview for a SWE role at my company within the next few months and I really need to actually try LC for the first time to get it. What’s the best way to get started and what should I refresh myself on first?
