Go-to questions to ask during an interview?

Usually towards the end of an interview the employer or whoever you’re interviewing with will ask if you have any questions for them… I usually say no, because in my opinion I feel like that would make me look I have a firm understanding of what’s expected of me in this particular position and I genuinely don’t ever have any questions to ask. I was recently told by my current office manager that you should always* ask at least 1 question, even if you don’t really have any. Does anyone have any go-to questions they always ask? I have an interview today and I’d like to go in with something!
