I've been processed to stage 2 for a position I've applied for, where I have to answer 3 questions in 15 minutes in a pre-recorded video screening session. Amazingly, I have a friend who applied for the same job (but in a different UK nation - it's two jobs, same role, different UK nations) who has already done it. She gave me the questions asked and clarified there is no "prep time" accounted for in the questions - it's purely 5 minutes per question. My two questions are: will I get the same 3 questions only tweaked to account for the UK nation I've applied for, and isn't 5 minutes per question too much? I'd rather give concise, quality 2-3 minute answers than ramble for the sake of the time limit, but if anyone has pointers/thoughts, please let me know.
