I recently had two calls with head hunters and freelance talent acquisition consultants when they went into too much detail about what is happening in my current company and what is my exact current salary. In one call they even said you know X and X was a team lead which I closely worked with. In the other call they asked which other companies I am in interview … lol and I felt it’s too personal and replied it’s confidential… And it’s Germany where Datenschutz and privacy is something people are too strict about… Do you have similar experiences? Could this information be used against some situation?
