FP&A Role at Public Storage

I just got interviewed at Public Storage in Plano, Texas for a senior FP&A role. I do have an upcoming interview with senior management and it’s seems promising. I have been out of job for 9 month

I just got interviewed at Public Storage in Plano, Texas for a senior FP&A role. I do have an upcoming interview with senior management and it’s seems promising. I have been out of job for 9 months and desperate for a job to pay bills, but I also want a job with a good pay and adaptable working environment. The base pay is within my range, but only 3 paid holidays, 22 days of PTO, bonus is based on performance, employer match contributions after 1 year of service and job is onsite. Please any advice about this organization? Is it worth it to accept an offer if given?
