Ghosted after what I thought was a good interview.

So sad right now. March 17 I had a decent phone screening conversation and then he set up an interview for the next week March 25. The interview went really well (I thought). At the end of the interview I asked about next steps and timeline, they told me to reach out to the recruiter. I reached out to the recruiter the Monday after March 30. I also sent a follow email and the two I interviewed with responded with a thank you. Now it’s been a little over one week since I communicated with them. I am freaking out cause I thought this might be the one after hundreds of applications and many interviews. Just sad and trying to keep going.
