Hi all! Is "what in my resume stood out to you" a good thing to ask in an interview? I have a phone screening coming up next week and it is for a role I am kind of surprised they want to talk to me. I'd like to ask this question because I am genuinely curious but also because even if I don't get this role, I'd like to use what they say when applying for jobs elsewhere to make sure I include it in my resume. Or does this question come across as not being confident? Or maybe even as though I am fishing for compliments? I'd really like to hear everyone's thoughts, thank you!
