Timeline for 4th round is…strange.

Not sure if I’m overthinking this or not. I had HR screening that went super well, she told me on the spot that she was going to have the hiring manager reach out the following day. Couple days go by and I ping the HR person, she apologized and the VP ends up reaching out. We phone interview the next day, goes well, he asks if I can come out that day, as he is bouncing around for travel and it’s end of fiscal year, so he has a lot going on. I oblige, drive out. We end up chatting for 2.5 hours, both professionally and about the industry in general. We get lunch after on his dime. At the end he tells me he would love for me to come meet the team I’d be managing and he will be in touch. That was a week and a half ago, and I haven’t heard from him since. I texted him two days ago and just said I appreciated the convo and would love to get something on the calendar for the team meet. Haven’t heard a thing. Caveat is in that week and a half of no contact, several people from the company have added me on LinkedIn, and the team id be managing were all viewing my profile. What does it MEAN?
