I suck at interviews and it’s sabotaging my ability to get a job

I’m a 33 (F) with a bachelors degree in elementary education and 9 years of customer service experience. I was placed on furlough from my last job at the beginning of April. I’m getting tons of interviews, but the problem is I have severe OCD and anxiety. For zoom and phone screens I admit I’ve been using notes and a script I wrote out. They get me past the screenings and I’ve gotten to a bunch of final rounds. But the final rounds are where I fail. I’m terrible at STAR questions and my strategy was to write them down in the interview so I didn’t ramble, but I take too long to write them down and it looks bad. I’m at my wits end. I’ve been trying so freaking hard for 5 months and I have nothing to show for it. I’m applying for customer service jobs, that are supposed to be easy to get. I don’t know what else to do
