Hi! I have a final interview with the executive team (president, CNO, director of nursing) for a hospital role next week. My first interview was a phone screen, second was a panel interview with 5 team members, and now this third one *typically* is a tour of the workplace, per the website, but because I’m in a different state it’ll be virtual. I have never met with an executive team before. And because it’s only 30 minutes I don’t know what to expect. It’s a formality for the organization but didn’t know if I’m technically *in*. Thank you!!
