She misnamed me in her response to the follow up email I sent but she and the recruiter said some other things that seemed possibly favorable leaning?

A couple things (IMPORTANT CONTEXT): I had my first formal interview (within the interview process) on Tuesday at noon and it lasted like 12-14 minutes when the time for interview was 30 minutes. The person who interviewed me was the director of the department I'd be working for. She is 2 hours ahead of me. I made small talk at the start but didn't fuel it as much as I could've (in retrospect. Maybe I'm being too hard on myself), but she was very engaging though it and enthusiastic. I practiced for 2 days all day, and was caught with questions I didn't prepare for so I had 2-3 moments where I had to think and fill the silence with "uh um" She asked a "what's your favorite" typa question to finish things off before it was my turn to ask questions, and I immediately gave her an answer and she lit up and mentioned how she found it refreshing to hear that I had a favorite as some candidates in past hiring processes didn't have answers. Now this is my one of my biggest curiosities, I asked her at the end if there was anything about me as a candidate that would make her pause on hiring me for the role and she thought for a second said no, and then said she could say no confidently and laughed and finished again with a no. Thoughts? Also note that she mentioned before that that they had just started interviews, so I'm one of the first. An hour after the interview I emailed her thanking her for the opportunity and mentioned that I wish I had asked her what her favorite thing was and how I was surprised to hear that it seemed that some people don't have answers for the "what's your favorite" questions. And she responded within 1-2 hours and thoroughly, calling back to our conversation! BUT, she called me another name... BUT she said "we'll be in touch next week." I then emailed the recruiter who gave me the opportunity to interview and did my phone screening interview thanking her too, mentioned my favorite thing that I told the director and she said replied warmly and said "i'll be sure to be in touch as I have updates from her and the team." THOUGHTS ON ALL THIS? I need an assessment if what happened and her energy, was good, bad, or neutral. I don't know what to think tbh
