I’m scheduled for a HireVue live chat with HR this Thursday for a Claims Specialist position at State Farm. I’ve already completed the online assessment test and prerecorded HireVue interview. I thought the next step would be a phone call, but it’s showing as a live chat instead. For anyone who’s been through this, is this just the HR screening before the hiring manager interview, or could this be the final step before a decision? Any insight or tips would be really helpful!
