Got rejected in the 5th (final) values round because they “wanted to see more energy” from me during a random brain teaser. What’s frustrating is that this feedback also came from someone who interviewed me in round two. If energy was such a big concern, why not reject me then instead of pushing me through a presentation and final round? Also… the interviewer’s camera was off the whole time “to save bandwidth.” So I’m supposed to radiate energy into a black screen while answering your questions? Five rounds for a vibes-based rejection just feels rough. Rant over.
