I was working at a firm as a paralegal and was fired after about a year and a half for poor work performance. It was understandable at the time as I was unhappy with the culture and had been trying to find a new firm and after a while it started to show. About a month after being fired I got a role with a new firm and was fired 7 months later. I was devastated. The reasoning was because one of my coworkers left and I was given all of her cases on top of mine and things had started falling through the cracks. I’m worried now that no lawyer will hire me with my current resume. I don’t know what to do and am in panic mode. Is my future ruined?
