Anyone else feel kind shitty after a negotiation call with HR? I almost wish I had done it via email, because the minute I made my case she got all terse and completely BSed about not knowing what the salary range listed was but only what she was authorized to offer. She still ended up giving me a small increase but it was mostly no for everything else I brought up and made me feel like crap. I worked so hard to get here and this should be a happy moment but I feel kind of weird now.
