​ Hey everyone, looking for some insight on CLA's (CliftonLarsonAllen) internship hiring timeline. I made it through to the interview process, and they told me interviews would be wrapping up on the 8th. I sent a follow-up email on the 9th asking about when decisions would be announced, but I haven't heard anything back. My application portal still shows "in progress." Is this normal for CLA? I know hiring timelines can drag, but the silence after the stated end date is making me anxious. Does "in progress" typically mean they're still deliberating, or is it just a default status that doesn't mean much? Should I still be hopeful, or should I start moving on? Any insight from people who've gone through CLA's process would really help. Thank you! (posting here because my post was removed from r/internships)
