Hi everyone, I have an interview tomorrow for a remote Administrative Assistant position, and I’d really appreciate some advice. My background is in AI / Data Science, so I don’t come from a traditional admin path. However, I do have relevant experience, including: - Managing and coordinating multiple team projects during university (task division, tracking progress, meeting deadlines) I’m a bit unsure about how to position myself during the interview. What I’d love help with: - How can I present my background as a strength rather than a mismatch? - What do interviewers usually care about most for remote admin roles? - What are common questions I should prepare for? - Any red flags or mistakes I should avoid? If you’ve hired or worked as a remote admin assistant, your advice would mean a lot 🙏 Thanks in advance!
