How do you deal with it? Just had a 15 minute interview for a legal assistant position and I honestly think I might have blown it. He was explaining how busy things have gotten and asked me if I considered myself to be a self starter. I answered the question saying I prefer not to be micromanaged and how taking online classes has led me to be very self sufficient so I consider myself a self starter. I was going to talk more but my brain went blank and that was it. After that he pretty much ended the interview and said I’d hear back on Monday. I feel like I entirely blew it and should have talked more relating it back to my experience as an admin assistant (current role). He basically only asked me a few questions (tell me about yourself, pay, hours, and the self starter question) and he said he had 8 other interviews today.
