Currently, I work for a big-named company in my country. Anyone who has lived in my country for a decent amount of time knows what the company is. It’s a great resume builder and I love the people. However, while it is full time hours, it’s seasonal work and I need year round employment. When asked in interviews why I’m looking to leave, I normally say something along the lines of “it’s a great company and great work, but it is seasonal with minimal room for growth. I’m looking for full time employment, and this company/job caught my eye for XYZ reasons” Now for some reason I’m overthinking this answer. Is it a good explanation or should I find a different reason?
