Hi all! I’m applying for a product position at a small company - about 20ish employees if I’m understanding correctly - and I had my 5th and final conversation scheduled for Monday. I feel as though I’ve done a really great job in the others, which were 4 rounds: 1 with the CEO, and 3 rounds with 2 people each (the leadership team). I got an email stating how much the “The team genuinely enjoyed getting to know me” and requesting a “final conversation” with the CEO Since the last round is with the CEO again, I’m not sure what to prep for the conversation, given we’ve already spoken. My first reaction is to synthesize all the info I’ve learned over the last week of interviews with leadership and to come up with a high level plan of how I can make an impact at the company, but I don’t know if that’s over preparing, or preparing for the wrong thing. Any advice for this type of situation or wat types of questions I should prepare for?
