Friendly reminder to not be fooled by job descriptions and titles. Most companies intentionally use deceitful language and hiring tactics to make the job “seem” more important than it really is. We’ve all been there…. You go through this long drawn-out process all to start a job and quickly determine it was never that serious. Nearly every job can be taught ON THE JOB! Make no mistake about it, unless you’re in senior leadership or above, you’re just another body and the goal is to get the best talent for the cheapest price. Especially in the current market where recruiters and hiring managers are praying to catch the candidate that is the “best qualified” but also the most vulnerable and doesn’t know their worth. Employees are the biggest asset in EVERY business that requires them to operate. KNOW YOUR WORTH AND DONT GET SCREWED OVER!
