I had a final interview on Monday 23rd March and understood that all the final interviews would be completed by 25th March Wednesday. I followed up with the HR today 27th March in the afternoon to ask

I had a final interview on Monday 23rd March and understood that all the final interviews would be completed by 25th March Wednesday. I followed up with the HR today 27th March in the afternoon to ask if she has any updates on my interview. She replied saying the below, Hi Candidate I hope you are well? I’ve chased your feedback this morning, I’ll let you know when I get a reply. Many thanks. HR Does it mean the hiring manager has not made a decision on who to hire. Or does it mean they have made a decision, but I’m not hired so HR still chased for my feedback?
