Worked insanely hard on an application, hours of work. I was so excited. This was the first stage, the HR screening. It’s a Teams meeting. Right away, tech issues. I can’t hear her. Turns out she’s on mute. Then she says I keep freezing up. I get off and join the call back. She’s thanking me for agreeing to do this and I accidentally hang up in the middle of her saying thanks.
