So some background I am currently doing tax work for intuit turbotax but thats only a seasonal position. I have been scared witless about not having a job after tax season. I was contacted at the perfect time when I was looking at my phone. It was for a remote executive assistant position (score!). I was qualified, spoke well, and was confident, but there were some things I did that keep nagging me. I kept interrupting the interviewer, I guess because I was too excited. I also botched the customer service question, when asked about how I would respond to an irate client I told may have come off slightly no nonsense. I basically told them I would try to calm them down but will not take abuse from people. Maybe I have been spoiled by turbotax since they have a very clear and good anti-customer abuse policy. I was told I will get an answer on Thursday but he mentioned I am one of three applicants, i'm seriously nervous because this was my first big breakthrough since getting the seasonal job. I'm not necessarily looking for advice but would welcome it, just came mostly to vent and put my nerves into writing. If anyone wants to know i will update on Thursday if I get a response at all.
