I can't do hirevues...

Im a people person... I want to talk to someone face to face or do a zoom call interview. I just cant do this hirevue thing where I am already nervous and I have to stare at myself which makes it worse. Once I start, I feel that I have to do this Perfect answer. It causes me to overthink so hard and I just cant do it. They gave me the link, I felt confident. I did mediocre research about the company and I had a great answer. Then I stuttered, forgot what I wanted to say, tried to record another answer but it wouldnt let me. Now they have a video of me that is more embarrassing than ever. Any advice? Should I reach out? I think i already blew it.
