I have an interview with a company in a week and they sent the zoom invite information. It said on the email the manager may or may not turn on their webcam and I have the option to not turn it on as

I have an interview with a company in a week and they sent the zoom invite information. It said on the email the manager may or may not turn on their webcam and I have the option to not turn it on as well. Question is, would it hurt my chances or the way they perceive me if the manager chooses to keep their camera off, I do the same?
