Hey everyone, I just wanted to add to some of the optimistic posts around here when it comes to interviews. Yesterday I had a really positive experience speaking with multiple members of a team + management at a startup. The whole thing lasted about six hours with several breaks in-between conversations. Most of our time was spent on my work history, what I'm looking for, what the company is doing, and how they already work. My broader point is this: don't get down on the process! Look for companies who step outside of the grind! I don't have an offer yet, I don't know if I'm going to get one either, but that's all beside the point! Best of luck to everyone.
