Given a 5-card poker hand, return the hand rank (1=Royal Flush ... 10=High Card) and its name. Hand hierarchy (descending strength): Royal Flush, Straight Flush, Four of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.
