I applied for a position Assistant Head of Operations for a printing company. They want to record a video for the following questions and I am having a hard time what to answer for them. Thanks in advance. If this not allowed please delete Questions: 1) explaining an example of a time when you solved the root cause of a problem rather than just the problem itself. We create SOPs to address underlying causes, and we’d like to hear when you’ve done the same. 2) summarising your management skills, potential, and experience.
