Defeated

tl;dr: Every benefit you could imagine was cut outside of an extremely expensive monthly healthcare plan, that comes out of my pay. (I live in Canada though so take that with a grain of salt.) I got an offer. I tried to negotiate the salary but they refused to budge. It's way lower than my last job and I now have significantly more experience. I have way fewer benefits, I have the MINIMUM number of holidays that I can have as regulated by law. And that's it. There is nothing else. Not a single other benefit. No office benefit, no internet benefit, no phone benefit, definitely no food like... literally nothing. And that's with a HUGE pay slash. Idk what to say other than "This is all I'm worth?" I'm crushed. First job offer since my layoff and here I am feeling like I was just a dump in a walmart toilet.
