EY Executive Director Interview Advice/Help?
Interview Experience
Hi guys, so I am looking for some advice and/or assistance for my upcoming EY USA interview with an executive director. Some background, so I applied for this role - IT Adv - Tech Cons Manager and this was back in end of May, then in mid June I got the hirevue assessment and answered all the questions and then it was radio silent till last week (sep 10) that I got the interview and then I sent my schedule and they came back to me with a time and date and the person interviewing me. Now usually I know there are between 1-3 rounds for the process starting usually with a manager and then senior manager and then partner/executive director as the final round before an offer is made. I have applied for and reached the first and second interview phases for other roles but then been rejected after the senior manager interview but for this role in particular, like I said I have not had any other interview besides the recruiter interview and hirevue assessment and now my first actual interview for this role is with an executive director so I do not know if this is a good thing or a a bad thing? From what I have heard and read online and on reddit, usually the Executive Director interview is more of a culture fit and conversational interview for 30 minutes and not really technical or background or anything but as this is my first interview for this role in particular, I am confused and do not know what will happen or if this is the only round for an interview before an offer is made or what? Any help or insight or advice would be much appreciated and I thank you for reading my post and offering any help or support if possible!
