Goddamn

Every buzz, every ding shoots my cortisol levels through the roof. I now even know the special buzz pattern for Gmail. It's different than the buzz from messages, Snapchat.... believe me there's a difference. I excitedly open my phone and pull down the notification bar. All that just for a stupid email from PayPal yet again updating there goddamn Tos again...
